Jings, I think I must just be an old reactionary. I can't imagine why anyone would want to turn the streets into an open sewer. Maybe they've had it too easy and never had to deal with sanitary problems. Does nobody teach them the facts of life.
Jings, get off your soap box Alice.
Just be grateful you don't live anywhere near these fools.

If you're that drunk that you have to pee in the street, surely you're too drunk to read the signs anyway? And will therefore pee wherever you feel the urge to in a pee-zone or not!

I'd need a little more privacy!.....did you know that a policeman is obliged to allow a pregnant lady to pee in his helmet?I always wanted to try it out,but never quite plucked up the courage!

I was absolutely mortified to learn that Mr S pees in the street if he's out on the lash. They "all" do apparently, due to a lack of toilets between pubs.

Er, why don't you just go before you leave the pub?

But its like asking a child if they want to go before they leave the house. 5 mins into the journey they want to go.
As we do regress into child like state once on the lash its clearly impossible for us to think as the reasoned adults we are the majority of the time.
As all French residents will know, its actually compulsary for French men to pee wherever they feel the urge, EXCEPT in a toilet.
