    sweet peas

    Hi, I was thinking of sowing sweet peas in drain pipes like I have done for my peas. I want to plant long rows of them in the plot next year . Any thoughts to this ,will the sweet peas be able to cope with shallow roots or should i sow them in pots?

    I start mine off in loo roll middles then plant out the whole thing........

      Do you know when the best time to sow is binley? I am north England.

      Ive had a little google, one website said it had to be done October, yet another said it was still fine to do now?
