Prolly, sit in the shade now with a cool, damp towel on the back of your neck and drink lots of water - no alkyhol till you feel better

Just now I was facing the work surfaces (as all good wives should be at this hour!!) chopping and dicing for Snowdrop's supper - I turn around and he has poured me a pint of the good ale ....now do I offend him and not drink it or do I do as 'yes'm' says above and stick with the damp towel and water....
....I will report back....
*chop chop dice chop
