Yes i love springwatch, but why has Bill O gone down this rather 'not nice' route?
I just want to see nature, I does not need embellishment of the smutty kind.

He always did me head in Headfry. I can't bring myself to watch it so I haven't noticed it go down hill. While he's in it - it's at the bottom of the hill already!

we've been saying the same thing! We like Simon King and Kate Humble, but Bill Oddie just comes across as an old pervy uncle ~ he's the Greater Spotted Short Fat Tit.

I only like Simon King, why can't he be the sole presenter? Bill Oddie is annoying and Kate Humble even more with her false relentless laughter at all the stupid things that Oddie says... I just have it on mute all the time!

I don't watch it Headfry but seems that smut is what sells. Just about everything is aimed at the lowest common denominator.

I'm sure i recall reading in the paper that Bill Oddie did indeed get into trouble for this - or at least that the BBC have had a whole bunch of complaints over his school boy smutty commentaries. They didn't comment on any action they would be taking though.

I never mined them that much, somtimes I think hes gone to far there but mostly I find it adds humor.

He does seem to be taking it further and further, but I do like Bill. Am convinced that Kate has had Botox and am quite decided in that I think Simon King is rather cute and 'worth a go'! :P

I think Bill oddie has had a good innings and is now intensely annoying (he is nuts you know - officially - inside word from beeb friend ) I feel sorry for Kate - she is very tolerant - time for him to step down and simon to step in.
