It's onion sets I'm having trouble getting hold of None of the places that sell the variety I want will take Visa Electron as payment... It's really starting to wind me up now!
I don't suppose you fancy diversifying Tattieman?

Believe it or not but I have had people phoning me asking if I do onions and I just have to say, sorry it is seed potatoes only.
Onionman just doesn't have the same ring to it

B & Q also had onion sets and shallots not sure how much onions were but shallots were £1.99 for ten. They had other potatoes as well at least two sorts of each 1st and 2nd earlies, maincrop and salad also had lots of flowering bulbs quite cheap. Only went in for a new washing line as mine had broken nearly forgot to get it.

                        I can't get to B&Q though - can't get to anywhere!
And I don't think they'll have the red variety I'm after, just the bog standard Red Baron...

                              Thanks chaps
It's Red Emperor I'm after, or failing that, anything not Red Baron . I'm fairly certain that only T&M do the Red Emperor. I'd be astonished if B&Q have anything that's not Red Baron, but the independents might have some variety.

I've got a hospital appt on Tues, so hopefully I'll find out how much longer I'm going to be confined for....
