The asthma thing may be nonsense, but when it comes to space in the lobby, I'm afraid the council are right this time (although I would say they handled the matter badly).

I agree with Hilary. I think the council could have handled it better and I don't think they needed to talk about anti social behaviour but the tomatoes do have to go. There should be no obstructions on the stairs or foyers. If one person keeps tomatoes there the next person will keep a bike there and so on.

I agree..you must keep the fire exits clear......we have just had a fire round here in a tower block and six died.

have to agree the stairs must be kept clear but if she had put them in the communal garden, whats the harm?
