        I been looking forward to it too - it was only the other day that i was thinking that there hasn't been a river cottage show on for a while - and to be honest i was having withdrawl sypmtoms lol.

        I know alot of people can stand him, but i personally love every show hes ever made.

              Had assumed it was a series when I got the River Cottage e-mail but looks like it might be a one off but fingers crossed they'll do more if it's good.

              Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

              Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

                          I saw it, some parts were interesting - the foraging bits for me - but a lot of it was HFW doing voiceovers. He's fine when he's chatting, but I find his voice monotonous when he's just reciting a recipe.
                          I read a book at the same time as watching it so it wasn't a complete waste of an hour.

                            Why oh why do "celebrity chefs" feel the need to mess about with over complicated recipes for mackerel,bake it & get the extra flavours from the accompanying garnish.
