I love the two terry's, its nice to finally put a face to a voice, just been watching him on chelsea. Strange how people never look like you expect them to. He didn't look anywhere near craggy enough.

He's very enthusiastic, which is a very good frame of mind, infectious.

I had no idea who he was, just watching Chelsea and said to LadyWayne "that's that dude from that programme!"
I was of course referring to The Big Dig, the programme I watched a couple of years ago which got me interested in having an allotment. I had thought about it before then, but only as a passing thought. Watching that programme inspired me to take the next step.

Cheers Terry.

I (almost) never miss his slot on Jeremy Vine every Friday - love him, really enthusiastic and really enjoys what he does.

For those what don't know, he is a Valleys boy from the Rhondda isn't it there's lovely look you and he was answering a lady's question on why her spuds hadn't shown through yet ..... 'how deep did you plant 'em' he says 'oh about 1½ foot' says lady 'I'll send a team of Welsh miners in for you' ..... made oi larf

Ah, the Rhonda Valley! How fondly I remember overshooting the turning to the second Severn Bridge one day in the pissing rain and ending up in The Rhonda Valley by mistake.... fond memories!
