Hi guys just a Q, can someone explain how to upload a pic onto profile so it shows when you add a post?

Hi Pinkprincess. try the following:
Click on "User CP"
Under "Settings and Options" click on "Edit Avatar"
The rest sould fall into place from there - if not, post back here and we'll see what we can do to help you along from there
