    Potatoes for Schools - Sun Offer

    Can someone please confirm the offer details to Schools in Saturday's The Sun?

    Our paper reached the recycle before I had a chance to register!

    Morning! Jackie J very kindly offered to give details if you PM her (or just search for her original thread). I think it's a joint offer with Dobie's. It's a great idea for schools - hope some in this area pick it up!

        You don't need to buy the Sun. I found it on Google. One free grow kit per school, just register here: Potato Council - potatoes for schools

          Potato council also do an offer of spuds for schools, we got tubers last year and a £5 voucher to buy some compost.
          Also if you join the RHS garden for schools campaign they send you growing tips, seeds, labels etc. So far we have had aquadulce beans, labels, sweet peas and early lettuce seeds plus the labels of course.
          When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant. ~Author Unknown
