Don't mind the clocks going back, but once again I am on a nightshift tomorrow which means I will technically work an extra hour tomorrow night.

You get an extra hour on Sunday morning. eg. 7am is really 6am etc etc.
I always change the clock before going to sleep usually , but at work we put it back at 2am.Kirsty b xxComment

The clocks go back
[spring forward - fall back].
So we have the hour of 12 til 1 at night, then the clocks go back to 12 - so we get that hour again. So, if the alarm goes off at 7 you've had an hour's more sleep than you usually get - or you get downstairs and find it is still 6, and you can go back up for another hour.
It's the hour that you lost when the clocks went forward in the spring - so it skipped from 12 to 1.Last edited by zazen999; 24-10-2009, 06:38 AM.
