Hi Erik, once you've resized your photo so it's the right size you just click on the 'paperclip' symbol next to the 'smiley' when you are posting & a box will come up on your screen. Click on 'Browse' & go into the folder on your computer where the image you want is, click on the photo & select & then click on 'Upload'. Sometimes you might get a message saying your file is too big & you may have to resize your photo again, this happens to me sometimes as I set them to 500 pixels but because I have a high resolution camera the image is still too large.
