Photo Album Problems?

I have just added some photos to an old empty album and it worked just fine.

Have you tried [the age old trick] or logging out, shutting t'internet program down and re-entering?

I don't have any problems with my photo albums. I just put another couple of plastic sleeve pages in, and when it's full I buy another ring binder!

I have been out for a couple of hours, and tried to do it again, but still can't add anymore.

Logged out, then back in again, screen told me that cookies had been cleared. Tries again but still can't.
Albums are coming up, but if I click on edit photos all I can do is change the captions. I tried edit album and it only gives me the option of deleting it. Normally, there is a little button thingy that say 'add more photos' isn't there?
Maybe I dreamed it

anyways its getting very frustrating grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I created the baby chick album the other day, no bother and even added a couple to an existing one. Tried to add more, but it just won't let me. Is there a limit to the total amount of photos you can have (I don't think I have that many)

i don't know about the number of albums etc; the admin team aren't in at weekends, so I'll ask them to have a look for you.

I added some to my album (after having to download a downsizing thingy), but I recall there was something about 60 photos max??????

Kirsty, to add photos to an album, you don't have to click on "Edit Album", you just click on the album to view it, and then top left, above the thumbnails, it says "Upload Pictures".
And to add a new album, there's a shortcut called "Add New Album" (also top left I think) when you're viewing your list of albums, is that shortcut there?

When I go into an album, I have the green bar above the thumbnails but no 'upload photo' bit in the top left hand corner.
I have tried adding a new album, and it lets me name it, but no upload pictures button comes up like it should there either.

Zazen has asked Admin for some help on this, but no response as yet. If you want to pester them a bit yourself, click on the Contact Us on the green bar at the bottom of the page, you might get a quicker response that way
