    PC Help needed!

    Before I do anything daft and run something that will muck up my PC totally, can anyone recommend a safe free registry cleaner to download and run.
    PC is getting slower and slower and we're having probs. with it freezing and loading properly.
    I know there's some clever computer bods out there- I need help before OH launches it out the window!!!!

    Have you tried deleting all your browsing history? Also de fragment your computer, this will put the files back to where they should be. I find when my lappy run's slow this help's. Good Luck. xx

      I used to defrag and all that, and mine was still slow. I use ccleaner now: google it for opinions/reviews. It's safe and very quick.

        Thanks. Yes, have defragmented but not done the history tidying up yet. Will give the ccleaner a go- see what happens.

          Before you run anything that "messes" with the registry make sure you create a system restore point

              CCleaner is good along with Malwarebytes.

                I use Malwarebytes too BM, it found 18 nasties on Mr TS's lappy

                  Try this link for ccleaner, as there are a lot of copy websites, which ask for payment.
