  • Northern location help required

I am looking to hire a venue for a full day (to include 2 seminar sessions plus chilling out - spa/lunch/treatments etc) for at least 13 people. This needs to be in/around the Sheffield/Mansfield/Nottingham area.

    Any ideas/recommendations?

    Ta ever so

cheers beefy - although I have sort of sourced somewhere, I hope.

It isn't my thing either, this is a corporate training/bonding/working day that I am working on.

The river Trent is lovely, I know because I have walked on it for 18 years.

Northern, since when has Nottingham been northern, positively in the east midlands

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

I think the M25 should be a moat to keep all those southerners out of the rest of the country!

I can think of nice Spa places in the Peak District, and country house hotels with the facilities you want, lovely conference/lunch type places in and around Nottingham, but not the Spa/business elements together (that I'd recommend...).

Sounds like you've found somewhere anyway, but just to let you know I had wracked my brains a little!
