  • Noddies first trip out in the ice/snow!!!

OMG!!!..having being snowed in for a week I had a sudden panic that I needed to sort out Xmas food/pressies/ booze/ petrol.
The car only just started up..and the ice was absolutely awful!!
But we're back and snug and safe with almost evreything sorted.
Phew...be careful out there peeps! xx

Did you get your heating sorted, Nicos? I've been going out on foot doing the shopping trips - just enough to carry each day! (Today it included 1 chicken, 6 mince pies and 12 toilet rolls - there is a song lurking round that idea!)
Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

I had a bit of that adrenalin the other morning driving on what I thought was a cleared road at about 3.40am.
Popped over a tiny bridge going a bit too fast really, and saw the back end of my little red car appearing in front of where my front wheels should have been.
Got out the car on slightly unsteady legs a few minutes later, still sweating and with a pulse rate far too high for a man of my advancing years.
