  • New show for Alys

Don't know if anyone else has posted about this yet, but Alys has a new show starting in March (6 x 30 mins) called the edible garden. Yay!!!
Imagination is everything, it is a preview of what is to become.

They don't do enough edibles on telly. Growing of, that is.

It sounds really good, it's about her new garden in brum but she's also having others on the show to show her how to preserve and stuff.

Not a fan of Alys, but if it is a good show on veg growing then I am sure I can put up with her. Now Mr T I can watch all day.

Is the Alan T show a gardening one or his awful chat show?

                    It is a gardening show

see here - it is due to start early March, as in Alys' and Gardener's World AND Beechgrove Gardens - we will be positively obese on gardening programmes

Looking forward to both- should be good. I quite like Alys. I like her pottager style gardening. She also looks like a hoarder, and grows things in anything that's going. My style of gardening.

I quite like Alys too, it will be interesting to see how she does as a sole presenter - hopefully she'll be informative without sounding like a primary school teacher (not that she is the worst culprit on GW).

I am very excited about Alan's new series, like gojiberry, I could watch to him all day (except on his chat show thing, which is a sad waste of his talents). I love you Mr T xx

I've just read that Carol Klein will also be having a series running from Glebe Cottage this year - but can't find anything online about it
