Default My sisters toilet is growing flowers!

Oh my god recycling at a whole new level, went to my sisters, sees just done an ornimental section in her garden and planted a banana tree in it and wanted to look at it, also she had her bathroom done, but what shocked me was when i had a look at the ornimental garden sat right under the tree was the toilet from her old bathroom suite and in it she has planted lots of flowers what a funny sight had me laughing for ages i think il get her one of those gardening signs that says while i sit hear and ponder! it does look effective though.

in my old house, i used the toilet to plant and the flowers looked cool, also my mum has lots of butler sinks and these would be great for strawberrys, i am hoping to see some one freecycle. I am now at the point that i would grow anything in anything, even a Komode!!! lol

just had new plumbing and we had a old cold water tank, to get it out of loft plumbers had to cut it in half, i made them cut the top off instead of down the middle so i can put strawberry runners in it will hold a good 30 plants, the plumber looked at me as though id gone mad. ive also used some of the old plastic pipe to push in my pots for watering the trees.

In Whitby there's a small front yard that's full to bursting point with flowering toilets - all colours you can imagine a toilet to be.

The bloke won't let me commandeer ours when we get the bathroom done up. I reckon it'd be perfect for horseradish!
