    My Jolly Girl!!:rolleyes:

    For some bizarre reason we were ahead of ourselves this evening & I actually managed to have dinner dished up & eaten leaving time to play a board game before beddytime routine.Asked DD(6) if she'd like to do the same tomorrow night....her response..."If we're not dead"!!....apparently we might die in our sleep!!

    lol, kids eh, bless em .... just watch out for them spiders ...... they eat you while you sleep you know

              I can remember a prayer that had the line "If I should die before I wake, I pray the Lord my soul to take." Gruesome eh? No wonder kids fight sleep.

                    We used to get that very same prayer...usually preceeded with a litle bible study reminding us of where we might go if we didn't make it through the "eye of the needle"!!..........We've opted to opt out of carrying on the tradition!
                    Not quite sure what prompted the comment last night?T'was totally out of the blue...but she wasn't in any means concerned about it!Strange gal!
                    As for the boy..he often asks people if they're older or younger than him so he can work out who'll die first!
                    & I thought I was such a cheery mum!!

                      My daughter became an aunty at the age of 5 yrs ( she is now 12 and EJ is 7yrs ) and my niece became an aunty at the age of 9yrs ( Niece is now 13yrs and A is 4yrs ) so my niece told my daughter that EJ would die first cos he is older than A. Course my daughter burst into tears thinking that he was going to die soon. Where do they get these ideas.
