    Just been down to check the lottie as I haven't had much of a chance lately and found 2 humongous mushrooms pushing their way out of my spent mushroom compost! Result! Mushrooms for tea tra lalalaa!!
    Imagination is everything, it is a preview of what is to become.

      and I the garlic butter!

      I bought one of those mushroom kits - you know, the shoe box type things and I'd pretty much given up hope on it, then discovered the other day that I have oh, probably 6 whole mushrooms growing in it. That's almost a pound a mushroom!

          I had a similar experience with mushroom kit, they were very tasty but at a pound a mushroom they should be
          is spacetime curved or was einstien round the bend

            The thing I do like about the kit, is that it doesn't take up mushroom.

              When we were kids we had those kits and got loads of mushrooms out of it. I have tried a few since and never got a thing......think it it somthing to do with central heating.

                I think you're right NOG!

                Our Pa (mine and Lady JM's) used to go collecting mushrooms at 0400hrs (even earlier) when we were kids - we're talking picking stuff from the wilds, how the hell did he know what to pick
