He has already told off Atul Kutcher for using Granny Smith apples in his recipe when there are so many British varieties available right now.

James is currently making something with his home grown carrots and Monty has been nibbling on them.

Got to agree with Monty - its a bit crap of a chef to be using granny smith apples when we grow so many tasty varieties!
