  • Mindless but thankfully minor vandalism

Arrived at the lottie this morning to find that two panes of my greenhouse glass had been smashed. Glass everywhere and a few partially severed chillis as a result.

    Bird perhaps? But no feathers.....

Piece of staking wood on the floor. Snapped off neighbours gooseberry support (but it was inside netting structure so had to be taken out! No other damagectovgooseberry support. It was used to smash my glass.

Another neighbour found a smashed glass bottle in her greenhouse. Inside but no smashed panes of glass.

Finally, a traffic cone thrown on top of yet another neighbours netting......

    No other damage anywhere.........

Please can someone explain the mystery?

Random...senseless...middle of the night.... either drunks or teenagers. Nobody else does random quite so well. (Nobody that gets out without a day license, anyway.)

Thank goodness there wasn't too much devastation, it certainly sounds like young cider drinkers to me.
