 Mattock bargain!!! I nearly fell over when I saw these today!  Our local 'Quality Value' shop (which is generally neither!) had child size mattocks, wooden handle, metal head, reasonably sturdy... for 25p a go! I bought four (one for each kid). I'll be setting them to work on the bramble roots at the lottie this half term
