Grow Your Own Magazine

I was looking forward to seeing this new mag, and with the added insentive with the seeds pack made it very worthwhile purchase.

I got my copy from Tesco's with the weekly shopping using their online shopping site.

I have kept an eye on the mag waiting for the first issue, as I thought would be out on the 18th Feb. I even poped into Tescos before this date , just incase they put the mag on sale in the stores.

Well the mag came to day, - Issue 2 ! what? Issue 2 is this correct or have I got it wrong? Did I miss Issue 1? also the "Exclusive to Tescos" ? now I find out its on sale in Morrisons.

The current mag, issue two is very good after reading it I will have ago at growing some celery using the seed free with the mag.

exact same happened with me i've been looking everywhere for issue 1 but obviously now i cant get it great mag tho for me being a NOVICE great sister mag to GYO

Aha, although Issue 1 was sold out, Craig found a few copies of it in a cupboard. (he's a bit wonderful like that). If you call me on the number in the front of the mag, I'll try to track them down. The seeds will be a year old so that may affect germination slightly, but I planted some of the toms last week in a propogator and they're doing fine.

PS that's a great idea to buy it from Tesco online Steve - I've had quite a few emails from people have had trouble finding it at their local store so I'll email them now and tell them about your stroke of genius!
