Believe me, they are! It's a Nigella recipe, but it's so easy, it's hardly worth writing down

1 smallish christmas pudding - cooked and cooled (I zapped mine in the microwave.
            Dark chocolate - about 150gms - melted
Spirit/Sherry of your choice - I used Brandy.

Crumble the christmas pudding, add as much alcahol as you think you can get away with and mix well.
Add melted chocolate and mix again. - It will stiffen up quite quickly.
Roll heaped teaspoonfuls into balls, place on a baking sheet and allow to chill.
Meanwhile, melt a couple of bars of white chocolate and use a teaspoon to top each pudding.
Use glace cherries and angelica cut up into tiny pieces for holly berries and leaves.
Try to resist eating them all before the white chocolate has set....

I don't like boozy flavoured food, but a great way to use up christmas pudding and they also looked lovely.

You don't have to use booze in them, Dottie. Just replace it with a few tablespoons of orange juice.

I make these every year, they always go down well. The hardest thing to find is the green for the leaves...
They are yum and last ages in the fridge

I just don't get the concept of 'using up' Christmas Pudding though. I make several so I can spin out the bliss!
