1 smallish christmas pudding - cooked and cooled (I zapped mine in the microwave.
Dark chocolate - about 150gms - melted
Spirit/Sherry of your choice - I used Brandy.
Crumble the christmas pudding, add as much alcahol as you think you can get away with and mix well.
Add melted chocolate and mix again. - It will stiffen up quite quickly.
Roll heaped teaspoonfuls into balls, place on a baking sheet and allow to chill.
Meanwhile, melt a couple of bars of white chocolate and use a teaspoon to top each pudding.
Use glace cherries and angelica cut up into tiny pieces for holly berries and leaves.
Try to resist eating them all before the white chocolate has set....Last edited by Creemteez; 19-12-2010, 04:06 PM.When the Devil gives you Cowpats - make Satanic Compost!

I just don't get the concept of 'using up' Christmas Pudding though. I make several so I can spin out the bliss!Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.

Been hoping for free p&p, missed out a few weeks ago - we were in Cyprus, where we saw some 'Fernleaf' lavender. Looks really nice. So I thought I'd look for some plugs/plants when we got back. Seems that you start them from seed, only a few places do them. T&M had them for 99p though, but with...Lavender 'Oregano' - Kew Collection Seeds from Thompson & Morgan - experts in the garden since 1855Today, 10:17 AM
