sat with my gym instructor last week, saying no i dont eat chocolate.....no i do exercise......no I dont drink .......then went home has some fruit and nut sat on me bum watching x files, drinking vodka and coke (twas 9pm).........felt guilty but goooood, got to see her again friday

Ate a pot noodle at 4am Monday. (In my defence I was two-thirds through a nightshift)
I know they are stuffed full of additives and all sorts of carp, but I do like the occasional one!

I am now enjoying my pizza, but a pot noodle sounds good too, I might have to get one tomorrow.

Came home from italian class and thought I'd be good and have a lowfat hot choc and a weight watchers yoghurt.
Then spotted the creme egg I bought for my son... so ate that as well! PMSL (well my brain was working hard so needed the calories)
