I feel your pain No really, I do - I've broken my right ankle/foot twice in the last 6 months! I've had to do my gardening from a sitting position for the last few months, so it's mostly been seed sowing and supervising the OH... Very frustrating!!

        Hope you heal soon

Pottering with seedlings and wandering around garden centres will be fine I think
            lawless????

Hope you feel better soon...the outdoor growing season doesn't really start until the last frost anyway!! ( mid-end May!!)

You have my sympathies, it's so frustrating isn't it? I'm hoping to go back to work tomorrow after 3 wks off with my back. The very small patch of garden I dug over in March which started it all off is still sat there with nothing in it Take it easy!

Oh dear, you poor thing. My OH got appendicitis a week after I broke my foot at the beginning of July 07. I was no help to him and he was no help to me!

If its any consolation, he felt well enough to do half days at work after just a week off, and after a week of that he was back to normal and felt so much better in himself.

I wish you a speedy recovery too, but don't try to do anything amitious too soon.
