  • Hospital vs Lamppost

    I have a hospital appointment tomorrow and they say I need someone to take me home as will not be able to see to drive..

    Do we want a Poll at to how may Lampposts the Boy Sam walks me into...before he get bored with the game?

      Hope the trip to the hospital goes well, NOG - and here's hoping you come through OK after the trips to the lampposts.

      The boy sounds like he's got a sense of humour though - chip off the old block?

          Retinal screening....but they give you drops to dilate the pupil so they can see in....then you cant focus...

          Thanks for the offers of help but Sam is looking forward to "helping" me...

            Ahh, sounds like what Aranthos had done when he suffered a detached retina a few years back. Not as bad as you would expect but you would be better not to drive. Take your darkest shades though as your pupil will not contract against the light (even on a dull day)

              Thanks....a good calll....I will dig out my ray bans...If I cant focus I will go to the plot and it wil look all weed free,

                            My wife recently had retinal screening because of a diabetes check. Her pupils were REALLY wide! The number of people who wondered what she was on!!!
