i am a bit chipper, considering i have that dreaded man flu! onwards and upwards i say!!

Nico's, i am hoping that prince charming will come along soon, mind you i may nick the white horse first lol!!

The good thing to come out of all the stress is the weight loss of 1.5 stone in about 6/8 weeks (every little helps lol)

Squashysu sorry to hear your news regarding OH, I lst one and a half stone when I split with my ex OH 17 years ago, best thing I ever did and I pondered what to do from the October till the february that christmas was awful cos he didnt know and I was trying for my childrens sake to keep going, should I leave them all or should I kick him out, when you have four children to consisder what to do for the best is hard. I chose to stay my birthday is in January and my ex inlaws sent some friends of theirs round to talk to me on my birthday, it was nothing to do with any of them I walked out and phoned my sister and she fetched me.
I did meet someone else and he took on my sons who at the time were aged from 6years to 16 years which was hard for him cos he didnt have any children. I am not saying he was great with them cos there are lots of things he could have done to make things better.
Give yourself lots of time and have fun there is someone else out there for you, but take it slowly.
Good luck for the future especially with your exams.
Have a very Happy Christmas I am sure you will now you have had a lot of weight lifted from your shoulders.

I wanna say how lovely you all are and a huge thank you!

It has been so hard, having 3 kids as well that do adore their father (i will never ever try and change that) but after 16 years of me doing all the hard work and trying to hold everything together, it was a decision I had to make and I am not sad and I know it will be best in the long run!

At the ripe age of 41, I have decided that life is not a dress rehearsal and live for the day, I am a happy, cheery person and wont let anything drag me down, so I am seeing 2009 as the year of SS rising from the ashes and letting her hair down lol!!!

Ps. SS, if you want to check what I really look like their are pics on my profile lol (me being the blonde - but please note i am now 2 stone lighter lol)
