Not wanting to appear totally stupid again but could anyone please tell me how i can see my posting history so that I can see if there have been any responses. I have just reset options so that I am emailed on future postings but not sure how to look up old ones.

Go into UserCP at the top left of the screen then scroll down to Subscribed Threads. It should list all threads that you are subscribed to.
