 hello from Newbie Hi just joined the Forum. I have been an Ecology Consultant for some years and have a ten rod allotment. I am also a Mycologist (Fungi) and Cecidologist (Plant Galls) I am also the odd job man on my site and we have 60 working plots with space for another ten once we have cleared them. I am also a Naturalist mainly studying the subjects mentioned before. I also enjoy birding (No I am not a Twitcher) and keeping Hens.. I do wood turning and sell things made from wood taken from unkempt plots ie Plum wood. They are sold in our site shop along with bird boxes which I also make. I hope to learn from this site and add some of my knowledge too to help you forum members. Colin.

| Hello Benacre When I read your original post I thought "Wow, how can I share my paucity of knowledge with you?" and was a little daunted. Like your sense of humour though! speak to you soon btw: do you understand about yeasts? It's one of my projects at the moment (see the kitchen/brewing threads)
