  • Happy Easter Grapes! :)

    Hi'n'bye all,

I'm away tomorrow for the weekend, so just thought I'd wish everyone a Happy Easter before I go (I'm already on the 'winding-down juice,' and typed Happy Eater by mistake!).

We and a bunch of friends are going Land-Rovering in beautiful Wales, and I can't wait. We will be staying at a lovely Farmhouse in the hills, where it will be warm and sunny! We will have a great time and we won't break anything - oh well we can dream .

We can also practice our pronunciation of the road signs which, to those of us without a clue of Welsh pronunciation (ok, that's all of us), could prove interesting!

BTW, can anyone tell me how to pronounce the Welsh for Police! Whenever DH sees a Welsh Police Car he shouts 'Hedleeooo!'

aye have a wonderful time dear Grapes

Me and he are off to Sunderland at night'o'clock tomorrow morning for the Easter period. I am very anxious at leaving my babies home alone - I am referring to the seedlings not Cass and Cleo (for newbies, my kittens), they will be OK as they are being looked after by a Dog Handler

Happy Easter one and all - if it doesn't rain we are off to an 'animal farm/ play place' sort of thing - great fun. The cakes are divine. Then stop off at the out-laws on the way back, where sadly, the cakes are not so divine. Deep breaths - I can manage half an hour there.....
