Default Gravelling an area, how much do I need?

Got an area I wanted covered but no idea how much gravel I should order.

Just need a thin layer for the sake of neatness, what would I need to cover say a 1mx1m area?

A ton of stone chippings from Travis Perkins comes in a white bag 1mx 1m x1m

I suppose it depends on the area you want to cover and to what depth.
( how good's your maths????)

Just though that might give you a rough idea?

All things being unequal a meter (or as we used to call it a YARD)
1m x 1m x 1m will cover 4.5 sq meters (14foot x 14foot) of ground to a debth of 50mm (2 inches) ish.

Then add a bit, you always need more than you think!
