I've been to look at the schools I went to, the house I grew up in, and as many other familiar locations as I could find pictures of.
It's great.
The thing about not being able to recognise car number plates and people's faces still strikes me as a bit daft, because it only seems to apply here.Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.Comment

I think the picture of our house was taken 2 years ago, I have Geraniums in a window box in the picture, but dint last year.
Also They have tagged our house with the wrong number which is fine by me.
I have found Google street view quite useful, I've found the hidden entrance to a nature reserve and the correct entrance to a RSPB site I want to visit at Easter.

Just had a look at the house I grew up in, and the local church. The church is the only thing that still looks like it used to. They do say you should never go back!! Feeling very sad now.Comment

Ours was taken last July - I have Hazel's Evening Primrose flowers in the garden, looking gorgeous!Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.
