    Does anyone else use it?

    Fascinating stuff!

I've set it up on the company website, but also on my blog.

I'm guessing my one visitor in Pakistan, and one in Algeria is our very own bob, but who's the one in France!?...

It's really quite a clever tool.

What kind of thing does it tell you then? Other than locations.

You really have to admire google, they have some superb tools on there for free.

When I first started out as a 'VA' over ten yers ago, sharing calendars with clients = pricey, their calendar share is top notch

Do we get offered shares for bigging them up do you think, cos we know they can see what we are saying - thanks Ben

              Isn't GA SEO stuff?

Pretty sure we discussed it with clients at one point

Not me, I do look at your blog but I haven't done for a while. For research purposes, I will go and have a look now - perhaps you can identify me.

Looks like a great tool too, I must have a closer look.

How long people have been on your site, where they've come from (direct, or via referring sites - eg: 48 of my visitors have come from the link on my signature on these pages). What operating system they're using, what keywords they've searched for to get to your site and so on, and so on.

Marketers dream info - as mrdinkle says, for free.

It's the kind of Webtrends info I'd usually have to pay for.

You won't show up on my stats until tomorrow. I'll look out for ya!

I'll even be able to tell you what town you're in.

Dependent on your ISP. Eg. I am in Neath, but GA reports me as a different location due to the ADSL provider we use. It is however for the most part reasonably accurate.

Yeah, figured that, but hopefully shouldn't be far off.

If anyone sells stuff online they want to get their products on Google Base - that is like a free business tap.

I use a mix of six scoops of compost three scoops of sand/grit and two scoops of perlite, the quantity is unimportant as long as the ratio is the same, if for seeds I use this mix, if I am potting on I add some blood, fish and bone, along with a small quantity of chicken manure pellets
