  • Getting rid of a pong........

Eldest has bought a house that belonged to an elderly couple. The bathroom has a whiff of eau de pee even though I've bleached everywhere including the floorboards. (the carpet was absolutely rank and so was the lino underneath) . Any advice on how to get rid of the smell please.

You can get something in a pet shop for pets peeing in the wrong place. It breaks down the proteins in the urine and removes the smell.
Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

On the same lines any ideas how to get rid of soap marks left from years of having a shower on the sides of the shower glass. I have tried window cleaner, shower cleaner, lemon, jiff ,vinegar, now run out of ideas, sorry to hijack your thread Bins but didnt like to start a new one.

Sounds like the same thing....but twice the quantity for roughly the same price??? Ergo- half as powerful????

Buy more than you think you need- BUT - sounds like the business Bins!
