Welcome Lynn, love the monicker!! This place can be a right madhouse, but it's great. Very helpful, great people, good idea swaps, etc. Enjoy.

Hello Lynn and welcome to the Grapevine! As they say a bit of a madhouse at times, but you will probably get addicted to it just like the rest of us!

Hello LL, what are you planning to grow on your 2 greenhouses ? Some grapes will be so jealous. Just the thought of a greenhouse sends them wild !

LL is fine
Hi..... Was thiking more like tomatoes, rocket and cress (for starters).
Mainly so i don't have to keep buying them for my lizard tut
I'm actually after a cheapish glass greenhouse as those 2 are the plastic ones which shake in the wind.

So any ideas on where to get cheapish/seconhand greenhouses would be great

Lynn

Try freecycle, friday adz, or local supermarket notice board / newsagents windows! We got an 8' by 10' glass / aluminium greenhouse for the allotment for free from Friday Adz, and have a smaller 6' by 4' one coming for the back yard! You may have to go and dismantle and move / re-erect it, and probably buy some nuts, bolts, clips and glass, but a darn sight cheaper than buying new!

Hipe this is of some help!
