you can report your problems in a few simple clicks, there's even a map to help with location of problem.
You don't even need to know who to email ... you state the problem, and the site forwards your message to the relevant authority.
Whereas I usually get an "out of office" message if I email the council, with this site I got an actual reply from an actual real person, who said the flytipping had been located and cleared less than 24 hrs after I reported it.
