Salad!! Mixed leaves which I had with roasted, 'dried' toms, avocado, salmon, tapenade (made with my coriander and parsley) and crusty bread. Fantastic!! The salad leaves were gorgeous. MUCH better than you can ever get in a bag.
My peppers are forming, one of the tom plants is just starting to fruit, aubergines are starting to form, I think. Yeeeehhhhh!
