I bought a pair of Elvis Sunglasses years back from Rochester Flea Market. I think they might have been £1.50 or £2 - I'd not have paid more. In the original kodak 70s glasses case.

Sold them on Ebay for £36; to a guy in France. I think he thought they really were Elvis' sunglasses.

I'm currently looking for a camera bag. One that isn't quite as big as the one I've got but is enough just for the camera and one other lens.

You can get a good bargain, but you must check the feedback out before buying!!! I bought an wii game the Christmas before last and the bloke negged me because I wanted it posting within the next month [silly me!], but he negged so many people we all got our negs removed. Muppet.

I love E-bay I bought my lovely solid fuel Rayburn for £100. There were no pictures so I asked loads of questions about the condition and took a chance Luckily it paid off cause it was a bit dirty but otherwise looked like new I now have it fitted in the kitchen and it also runs the heating and hot water.

Me too, the kids have been nagging me for ages but I can't understand it - they spend hours on the site but I'd rather be on the Vine

Just got some Savoy Cabbage plants for the lottie as mine didn't grow. Paid for 10 and got a great suprise when I opened the package and there was 20 there! And they survived Mr Postman.

I bought a wooden edwardian fire surround, bubble-wrapped & delivered by the postie. He was a bit surprised by it!

Total purchases to date nearly 200, from 171 different sellers!
Not sure how I ended up buying quite so many things, but that is spread over a couple of years, and includes a LOT of books and CDs.

I once bought a Dexterdog rucksack . The strangest thing Ive ever been bought of ebay by my darling hubby, was a tool for Henry the MG - Im going to post a thread later to see if anyone can tell what it is!
Best thing I ever bought of ebay was my greenhouse - £20 + bottle of wine - WELL worth it.
