  • Dreading work?

Anyone else out there got the Monday morning blues?
I just havent got the motivation to go into work for 1pm and not get home until 10pm.
Life isnt about surviving the storm.....But learning to dance in the rain.

I know its not the best time to take chances with all the unemployment about, but perhaps you should think about a change of career.
I used to feel like you about going to work, but now I look forward to each and every day, find something you really enjoy, something that you would do even if you were not being paid for it, and then find of way of doing it.

I think everyone has had a rotten day today. Maybe its the horrible weather. Hopefully it (the weather and work!) will be better tomorrow.
Also wanted to say a big THANK YOU to everyone on the Vine for cheering me up tonight!

Not had much rain here - a little squall this morning but it dried up enough for me to go out and move my Red Epicure broadies from their modules to the garden. However, it's blowing a hoolie out there!

I'm back to work tomorrow after a weeks leave. I must say I'm not looking forward to it. I start work at 6am so getting up at daft o'clock again just doesn't appeal! The weather has been glorious though and Flummery, you're spot on, it HAS been "blowing a hoolie" here in East Yorkshire today. What a brilliant expression...blowing a hoolie...love it . Cheers, Spiderling.
I'd give up chocolate but I'm no quitter!

Snadger – That dosent help those of us at work today!
I was miserable at workb today - but checked the vine and got a message from a vine buddy Lizzylemon (as lil says) and it made me smile so the afternoon wasn’t too bad. I honestly had a life before I hit 40!
