  • Do you think it would work??

As most of you now know my OH is agoraphobic, hes also a massive pain in the bum but thats neither here nor there. Anyhoo back on subject, I would like to start a website for agrophobics and there family and freinds to come to for support. Perhaps eventually try and raise awareness and get more help as there really is none. Perhaps a sort of agrophobics anonymous type thing for someone that would rather abit of confidentiality. Maybe in the future get some psychologists and cognitive behavioural therapists to help and give online support etc. The thing is I would have no idea on how to do it or even if it would be worth it so Im looking to you lot for some pearls of wisdom

I think that's an excellent idea , haven't a clue how to go about it tho'. If it works as well as the vine it'd be great in giving each other support.

No doubt there will be someone along soon that will be able to help. That's one of the great things about this Forum, there are people here from all walks of life, and there's usually someone who knows the answer to a given problem or question.

Personally, I wouldn't know where to start, but I have met several recovered Agoraphobics, over the years, so I know it's a condition that can be overcome. Good luck with it.

It sounds great. Can you start a Yahoo group? I think it's free to make one. Good luck.
