Got the instructions from distributor, Yeah!!! Just need to sort the Apple out now. ;-)
Any home cider makers on here that can recommend Apple types that are easy to source and in small quantities (Not half Tonnes). I want to make about 20 pints for my first try.

I've got 2 books on making Cider but one is American (American Apple types) and the other isn't very detailed.
