    Hi folks..

    Yes at long last our port-a-cabins are coming today...

    they should be here at the allotments around lunch time, so I will have some photos later.

            Thanks, the supplier's website gives a good idea of costs, interestingly much cheaper than I had thought.

              Very nice too. But............................I see one minor problem they could get a tad hot inside in summer!?
              The river Trent is lovely, I know because I have walked on it for 18 years.

                no, I don't think so, with the steel shutters open and windows slide to open should be just nice!

                  Put some insulation on the inside and then clad it in ply. Be cool in the Summer and warm in winter.

                    I use a mix of six scoops of compost three scoops of sand/grit and two scoops of perlite,the quantity is unimportant as long as the ratio is the same, if for seeds I use this mix, if I am potting on I add some blood, fish and bone, along with a small quantity of chicken manure pellets
