  • Anyone had their GYO Mag yet?

Title says it all really, but just wondering if magazine has been received by anyone yet?

  • #2
Yes, it arrived on Wednesday but not had time to read most of it yet.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

mine used to turn up on the 24th ish because it was sent via New Zealand - last couple of months its been earlier but my local postie lady seems to be on holiday - and the replacement might not know where we live - cos we dont have road names or numbers here my address is just 'Le Bourg' which just means the village more or less -might have to wait a little longer this month!

Mine arrived on Wednesday - still trying to get Madmax to read the very interesting article on chickens and their lawn mowing abilities. (Yup, still waiting for my hen ark to be built)

I use a mix of six scoops of compost three scoops of sand/grit and two scoops of perlite, the quantity is unimportant as long as the ratio is the same, if for seeds I use this mix, if I am potting on I add some blood, fish and bone, along with a small quantity of chicken manure pellets
