Anyone going to Ikea?

Ikea is worse than hell itself, and I shall never cross its portals again.

Apart from that, can't you order on-line, or is that yet another of its shortcomings?

I rather like going there first thing in the morning- and having a nice cheap breakfast- and getting away before the crowds arrive!!

The net curtains look excellent value...think I'll put them on my shopping list ( as well as the shelving) for when we next go.Well spotted!!
Won't be until mid June though- might be quicker to buy them on line.

Rumour has it that Ikea are branching out into Car Manufacturing but they come in kit form that you have to put together your selve's..

Lynda, that would be wonderful, these cabbages whites are making me very nervous, I lost every brassica last year.

Funny place Ikea innit? Like Marmite - you either do or don't like it. Personally, I love it, but only on my own! I love their food, textiles, house plants and glass wear. You can get some real bargains there - but they do sell some absolute carp too lol

There is something about Ikea, I think its the meatballs, or it might be the large packs of dimes, whatever it is its always a joy to leave.

Like a maize !! if you had a panic attack you'd never get out!

I like IKEA when near empty (went once on christmas eve was great) but there are not enough stores and its always such an exhausting day - journey, confusion and queues!

There are sellers on ebay doing those Ikea net curtains I think. Although they might be a pound or so more expensive
