Thought this might interest some. Sadly I don't qualify.

Thankfully I don't meet the criteria either. I have no desire to be either menopausal or have diabetes!

Hmm I don't either but actually I couldn't eat that much chocolate, I have to really really fancy it before I'll bother....

Mmm, I suppose I could be feeling a bit 'hormonal' & I think if I ate two bars of chocolate a day I may well develop type 2 diabetes so don't think I'll risk it!

you would not like being diabetic, believe me!
you will not get it from eating chocci or anything else for that matter.
what happens is you pancreas begins to stop producing insulin in your body which is why u have to take tablets/insulin to replace it.
a good put down line to use !

                        I fit most of it:

                        I am Under 75
                        I am diabetic
I have never had a period so must be Menopausal

                        But I am a bloke

I have 2 sisters who qualify (one was recently diagnosed diabetic, the other a couple of years ago)

Some diabetics can control it by eating sensibly. 2 bars of chocolate a day is NOT eating sensibly. It can be 'triggered' by persistent overweight, and with my weight problem, AND family history, I probably ought to be worrying.....

My dad is type 2 diabetic so I do watch my weight as I don't fancy giving up profiteroles, doughnuts and the other sweet stuff I love.

I suspect with it being specially formulated chocolate that it will have a different sugar content to the usual types.

We deal with kilos & kilos of chocolate every week when making chocolates, and you would very quickly get sick and tired of two bars a day.

We've got to the stage where you really don't crave even the tiniest bit, but when we're selling we put out samples of everything and it's amazing how much one person will 'sample'.

I'm not diabetic, I may possibly be menopausal going by the hot flushes and (according to OH) unpredictable behaviour and I am female but I really don't want this job......sounds horrible.

This would be more my style
