Why are all the food people going on about clusters in breakfast cereals...
When I was a kid it was a lump....

When I next make the Mash and its lumpy I am going to say its clusters.

Can we sticky this thread and change the title to "NOG's 2 cents"? I think it'll catch on.

I think clusters are a bit more up market (read expensive) than lumps.

Good marketing ploy we'll have clusters of sugar/coal next
One cluster or two in your coffee/tea?

To get kids to eat it - did you ever look forward to food with lumps in?

But a cluster - now that sounds intriguing!

At least they stopped trying to promote cereal that big fat hippo ladies had been bathing in. Now it's just the bandy-legged milkman dancing like a loon promoting them.

More importantly, what happened to NOG?
3,000 posts precisely and then he disappeared, perhaps he was just aiming for the target and then turned in his pips and retired as a grape.
                        This was his last post.

The only clusters I recognise are beetroot seeds. My old dad used to say that cereals weren't a "proper" breakfast, but then according to the adverts you can eat them anytime now!
