  • 40 Yard's from a armed robbery and never saw a thing

This morning whilst leaning on the railing's out side the papershop cracking joke's with one of my crony's across the road the Post Office was robbed by 2 youths and we never saw or heard anything until some body came across to tell us the P O had just been robbed .
Nobody was hurt unlike the last time when my mate Pete had one or two blow's on the head from a Hammer wielding robber who is now doing time .
As i keep telling Pete they did not knock any sense into him but life go's on....jacob

Glad nobody got hurt, Jacob, but how shocking for it to happen so often, and so close to you

That's just the sort of thing I'd do. Too busy yacking to see anything else going on

Glad no one got hurt. Hope they catch em, even if you can't testify to seeing anything

            Hope they catch them.

Bit like when I worked in London and walked out of where i was living and there were Police/Army/Press all over the place. When I asked someone what was going on it turned out the IRA had bombed the tube lines 80 yards from where I was sleeping!!
