Was going to go this year and drove within a couple of miles of there at about lunch time today so was soooooo tempting to take the afternoon off to go but I coudn't really justify the expense. It's a good day out but even if you don't buy anything much, the tickets and parking cost a fortune and I always end up buying more than I need and then spending the next few weeks wondering where I can put things. Was good and decided to give it a miss and maybe go next year. Is it just me by the way or is it all a bit much combining it with other shows? Went last year and it was just too big, suppose it didn't help that it was tipping it down so all the indoor stuff was heaving but.......

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

                          Well boys and girls......

Show was quite empty of visitors really. Lots of veg in attendance, cheap seeds, veg plants available to buy.

                          I spent mumble mumble quid.....

I might be seen mooching about the floral marque with a canvas lime green asda bag, but i did try to avoid the camera crew.

Saw James Martin from a distance, Ben Fogle and John Craven and
                          Rachel D'Thame.

Will try to sort some photos for you to see but Joes Allotment was very nice, all triangles.
